Born in Hong Kong, Rico came to faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized at our church (formerly Sacramento Chinese Baptist Church) in high school. Rico graduated from Hong Kong Bible Seminary in 2007. He moved back to Sacramento with his wife and children in 2015. Rico loves to preach and values preaching. He also enjoys swimming, reading manga, and songwriting.
