Ministries Overview

Here at Laguna, we care for people in different life stages. We have fellowship groups starting from 3rd grade up to post-college. For adults beyond the college age, we have small groups that meet regularly for Bible Study, accountability, and prayer.

We also have more focused ministries. We have women's ministry groups, an outreach to seniors, and a community information center, where we help new immigrants adapt to life in America. Please take a moment to look through the groups. If you are interested in joining a group, please contact us, here, or at the specific email address provided below.

Please note: the below ministries are specific to our English congregation. To see ministries for Cantonese and Mandarin congregations, go to their respective websites.

Sunday School

The English adult class studies various biblical topics (biblical counseling, New Testament history, Christ-centered fellowship, etc). Classes take place at 10:45AM - 12:15 PM. For more information, email us at

Adult Small Groups

At Laguna, we believe small groups help to facilitate spiritual transformation and growth for the individual, the group members, and the community. Each small group meets to study the Bible and to support one another through prayer and fellowship. For more information, email us at

Women's Enrichment Ministry

Our mission is to bring together women of all ages and life stages for mutual edification and ministry opportunities. As women grow and mature in godliness, they are better equipped to nurture and serve in their families, to enrich the church, and to evangelize their communities.

We host a weekly Bible study on Wednesday mornings, as well as various other events and workshops throughout the year, where women can bring friends, learn daily living skills, enrich their spiritual lives, and fellowship with other women. Please email for more information on any of these opportunities.

Kairos: Young Adult

Kairos is the English young adult ministry (under 30) of Laguna. Modeled after Ephesians 5:15-17, our goal is to provide deeper connection within the local church through large group Bible study, small group accountability, and fellowship events. We meet for large group every other Thursday at 7 PM in the red ETC building and on various weeknights for small groups. For more information, email us at

Radiate Youth Group is LCBC's community of teenagers (7th to 12th grade), their families, and other adults who strive to disciple teenagers through the years of transition from childhood to adulthood (also known as the infamous "teen years"). These years are an opportunity to help our young people and their families strive to be God-centered and grace-based as a community. To that end, Radiate offers a number of opportunities for our teens and their families:

Sunday School

Our Youth Sunday School class meets in person every Sunday from 10:45AM-12:15PM in ETC 212-213. All teens 7th to 12th grade are welcome to attend. Join us as we dive deeper into the Bible and tackle important topics of life. For more information, refer to the weekly Radiate newsletter, or contact us at

Friday Meetings

Radiate Youth Group also meets every week in ETC 212-213 on Friday evenings from 7PM-9:30PM. This is a chance for our teenagers to fellowship together and meet in small groups to talk about life and help each other grow closer to God. Friday Radiate meetings also include fun games, worshipping Christ through music, and more!

For more information, refer to the weekly Radiate newsletter, or contact us at

Camps and Retreats

Radiate Youth Group also offers a yearly summer camp, as well as a yearly winter retreat for all teenagers (7th-12th grade). For more information, refer to the weekly Radiate newsletter, or contact us at

A Sure Foundation is the curriculum we use with the children in the nursery. For more information, email us at
