  1. COLLEGE/ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL – The Introduction to Biblical Counseling class continues TODAY discussing “The Process of Biblical Counseling”. Please come join us for class at 10:45AM in rooms 213AB in the ETC Building.  If you have any questions about this class please ask Pastor Jon, Steve Wang, or Kevin

 

  1. THE 2020 SPRING SESSION OF WEM’S Women’s Bible Study will start on Feb. 12 from 9:30-11:30 am, in rooms 105-106. All women are welcome. We will study the first 6 Minor Prophets. The study helps us discover God’s presence, woven into every person, place and things God made. Child care is available with advance notice. Sign ups continue TODAY at the east entrance.

 

  1. WEM’S JOYFUL HEARTS FELLOWSHIP invites all ladies to their meeting on Thurs, Feb. 13, 2020, 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. at ETC room 202. We are studying the book of James, no homework is required.   1. INFORMATIONAL MEETING for Taipei Short Term mission trip has been CANCELLED. Due to the coronavirus threat, schools in Taipei have remained closed until further notice and current class suspension will change the summer schedule. A new date for the Informational Meeting will be scheduled when LCBC receives notification from Nei Hu Church in Taipei.

 

  1. LCBC COMMUNITY AND INFORMATION CENTER meets on Monday, February 10th and 24th from 6:00-8:30pm in the church library. The center is available to those seeking job opportunities, translations, social services, medical information, and ESL classes.  If you need personal assistance from CIC, please email CIC at ciclcbc@gmail.com or call 916-683-3233 to schedule an appointment.

 

  1. SENIOR GOSPEL CENTER is sponsoring a workshop on Oral Health for Seniors on Tue., Feb. 11 at 9:30-10:30am in 105. Dentist, Dr. Wai M. Chan will discuss oral health challenges facing our aging population, the common problems and solutions, and tools to help maintain good oral health. Everyone is welcome. The presentation will be in Cantonese. More information is available in the hallway bulletin board.

 

  1. CHURCH MEMBERS MEETING will be held next Sunday, February 16th at 12:30pm immediately following the 2nd All church members are encouraged to attend to support the membership candidates’ testimonies.

 

  1. CHILDREN SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS MEETING is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23rd in 201 at 1:00pm. All Children Sunday School teachers are required to attend.
